Attorney

Duties: - Provide legal advice and guidance to clients - Research and analyze legal issues - Draft legal documents, such as contracts, pleadings, and briefs - Negotiate settlements and agreements on behalf of clients - Represent clients in court proceedings and hearings - Conduct legal research and stay up-to-date with changes in laws and regulations - Collaborate with colleagues and other professionals to develop case strategies Qualifications: - Juris Doctor (J.
D.
