00, Salary Work Schedule: Typically, M-F, 8 am - 5 pm (occasional after hours and weekends) Faculty Appt Period: Job Summary: Will manage the daily operations of the Device Exchange and Reuse Programs at the Device Reutilization Program's facility located in Oklahoma City.
The Program Manager will provide information and assistance to individuals via phone/email, will participate in public awareness events and conduct educational events/training on behalf of ABLE Tech.
Will closely collaborate with all stakeholders including state agencies (Ex.
Oklahoma Human Services Developmental Disabilities Services and Area Agencies on Aging) including the Oklahoma Health Care Authority, parent/caregiver and advocacy groups, etc.
to successfully complete all contractual activities/deliverables required by the AT Act Program administered by the Administration for Community Living.
Will collect program data related to device exchange and reutilization and associated activities.
Will ensure data collection is accurate and reflective of daily activities.
Will assist with updating/maintaining reutilization inventory, program(s) policy and practices, as well as related program(s) website content.
Will provide support in multiple assistive technology (AT) categories and stay abreast of AT trends and devices, including participating in and representing ABLE Tech in national AT3 Community of Practice activities related to device reutilization, to ensure the program is of relevance and value.
Will manage partner communications to ensure program compliance and success statewide.
Will oversee initiatives related to donations (including monetary and equipment) to expand the reach of the program and serve more individuals with disabilities statewide.
These activities ensure the proper operation of ABLE Tech’s Device Reutilization Programs under the AT Act as reauthorized in 2022.
All other duties as assigned.
Both in-state and out-of-state travel is necessary for purposes of providing and receiving training and technical assistance on all aspects of the program.
Due to the frequent in-state travel schedule, there are numerous times when the work day begins prior to 8:00 a.
m.
and ends later than 5:00 p.
m.
Occasional out-of-state travel is necessary.

Education & Experience Position Qualifications: Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Education, Technology, Health, Allied Health or related field.
Four years' experience in the field of disabilities and assistive technology and related service.
Will be an Assistive Technology Professional (ATP) or have ATP certification within 1-3 years of employment or professional in another related field (Occupational, Physical, or Speech Therapist).
Must have a valid driver's license.
Has knowledge of grant and policy writing.
Has experience in developing and presenting/teaching, training, and educational events.
Has experience with program development, maintenance, and compliance.
Has knowledge/experience in supervising; including managing people, budgets, and program related activities (Ex.
inventory, databases, etc.
).
Preferred Qualifications: Master's degree Seven years experience in the field of disabilities and assistive technology and related service.
Assistive Technology Professional, Speech/Language Therapist, Occupational Therapist, or Physical Therapist.
