Manage InternOSU program, including student development as well as employer relations.
Ensure students receive quality internship experience and can document their learning outcomes.
Provide customer service to campus departments interested in participating in the InternOSU program.
Identify, recruit, and engage with campus employers interested in hiring student interns through the InternOSU program.
Develop and cultivate critical partner relationships across campus including OSU Human Resources, College Career Consultants, Student Affairs Departments, OSU department host sites, and other strategic campus partners and student organizations to promote and facilitate InternOSU, OSU Experience Record and OSUGROW.
Lead special projects as requested and assist with other Career Services tasks as needed.

– 5:00 p.
m.
with occasional weekend and evening work.

Education & Experience
Position Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree
One year of experience in education, advising, student development and assessment, or human resources.
Obtain (within one year of employment) and maintain either GCDP, CCSP, or other Career Services credential.
Superior interpersonal communication skills, working knowledge of Microsoft office programs and tools, ability to work within an online customer relations management database.
Expected to stay current and relevant on employment and economic trends, best practices in human resources, career readiness, as well as trends for special populations and marginalized students.
Participate in state, regional, and national career development associations.
Preferred Qualifications:
Master's degree
Three to five years of advising, counseling, or providing services to students.
