Actively supports a team-centered, student friendly, high traffic, and high visibility office as it recruits, admits, and provides outreach services to prospective students, current students, their families, and the LU campus community.
Maintains the office recruitment calendar, as well as the campus tour calendar.
Answers calls and greets office guests.
Orders and maintains office supplies, to include recruitment supplies.
Maintains confidentiality with prospective and current student records and high-quality customer service.

Actively contributes, positively, to the Admissions/Recruitment/Outreach team
Maintains the office recruitment and campus tour schedule
Proactively manages the inventory and ordering of office and recruitment supplies
Maintains professionalism during all communications (email, phone, in-person) with prospective student, students, families, as well as the public and other stakeholders
Assists/provides prospective, current students and their parents, with accurate information about the University
Represents the University positively when interacting with prospective and current students, as well as their parents.
Maintains confidentiality with prospective and current student records.
Demonstrates proficiency with the Element451 CRM once implemented and serves as knowledge resource to others around the University.
