Together, we can make an impact! Job Scope The IS Program Manager leads and executes complex programs and projects and the associated activities related to Information Security initiatives.
Program/Project activities include creating project plans, producing project level documentation and schedules, and communicating and resolving any timeline or content risks or issues.
Scheduling, facilitating and provide regular updates to the team and stakeholders as needed.
This includes the generation and execution of presentations throughout the organization up to and including executive management.
Demonstrated expertise in leading through credibility and influence rather than direct authority.
Frequent intra-department interaction as well as frequent inter-department interfaces with IT, Engineering, R&D, Quality Control, Manufacturing, Quality Assurance, Supply Chain, Cost Accounting, Project Management, Facilities, and Document Control.
Assuring and assisting in the creation and approval of any group operating procedures, and any other required documentation.
Supporting all Information Security related processes and must understand the impact of these processes on the Company’s business.
Ensuring accomplishment and or complete deliverables for IS projects are met.
Key Responsibilities and Duties Managing Complex Development Programs and Core Teams Interfacing and communicating project status and issues with the Executive Team and business stakeholders.
Identifying creative solutions for resolving issues and project hurdles, planning and facilitating core team meetings, tracking project progress through formal and informal channels, ensuring cross-functional linkage and communication, and providing organizational visibility and accountability for project status and progress Responsibilities also include; Leadership without direct authority; Developing and adhering to departmental and project budgets; Managing Project Tasks, Budgets, and Deliverables; Independent contributions as needed to ensure the success of the project Perform analyses and apply problem-solving methods to support product transfer and sustaining production Implement process controls to measure capability, reduce variability, and overall improve the quality of the impacted processes Ensure projects are able to meet demand, quality, and cost targets Incorporating risk management into projects design and execution Ensure business processes and products comply with the applicable set of standards and regulations the Company is subject to (e.

ISO2001, Data Privacy regulations, Market Authority regulations, etc.
) Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
Education, Experience and Qualifications Bachelors Degree in life sciences or related technology studies 5+ years operation experience in relevant ISO companies 5+ years with ISO2001, Data Privacy regulations, Market Authority Regulations, etc.
