The *Construction Site Project Manager *shall support the goals/objectives of the Dant Clayton office Project Management staff by overseeing the execution of work of required on-site labor forces, ensuring an on-time and successful stadium opening for the *Oklahoma State football* program’s 2024 season opener.
This position reports directly to the Dant Clayton Senior Project Manager responsible for the overall success of the project.
*Scope of Supervision Responsibilities*
Typical daily supervision activities/responsibilities include but are not limited to:
· Communicate and enforce site-specific safety procedures and site rules to maintain a safe working environment for crews throughout the duration of the project.
· Daily reporting and construction progress photos.
· Regularly inspects work for quality and timeliness; prepares and provides timely corrective actions to Dant Clayton Project Management via Field Problem Resolution Process (FPR) and schedule updates.
· Maintain project quality control; monitor and assure conformance with the Dant Clayton Final Field Use/Erection drawings.
· Notify Dant Clayton Project Management of potential change orders to contract with client during construction and support change order proposal efforts via documentation, cost, and scheduling impacts.
· Subcontractor extra work validation, reporting, and documentation to Dant Clayton Project Management staff.
· Procore will be utilized on this project to document and track work progress, RFIs, submittals, extra work, jobsite deliveries, safety concerns, etc.
· Participation in various site meetings on schedule, quality, and safety with Dant Clayton and subcontractor labor forces, General Contractor, A/E, and Owner.
· Weekly coordination with Dant Clayton office Project Management on schedule updates and material delivery projections.
· Material delivery coordination and inventory assistance on site.
· Thoroughly inspect materials delivered for damage and inform Dant Clayton Project Management promptly of any replacements required.
· Assist in getting materials to pre-designated areas for rigging and hoisting (by crane) onto grandstand system.
· Help coordinate usage (duration and times) of steel erector’s crane that will be utilized to hoist aluminum bundles onto grandstand steel.
Pre-determine usage via communications with steel erector and Dant Clayton Project Management.
· Pushing Dant Clayton subcontractor labor forces to maintain agreed to project schedules for steel erection and aluminum installation.
· Maintain updated punchlist log to ensure incomplete/unsatisfactory installation items are closed promptly by Dant Clayton subcontractors throughout the course of their installation.
· Document, submit, and assist Dant Clayton Project Management in tracking of costs associated with general conditions of working on this jobsite.
These costs would include things like equipment, supplies, temporary labor, etc.
· Verify installation % completes and communicate accordingly to Dant Clayton Project Management to support timely and accurately billings to General Contractor/Owner.

· Able to prioritize issues that arise on site.
· Able to understand manpower requirements and productivity rates to give feedback to crews to keep project on schedule.
· Thorough understanding of typical safety requirements on large construction projects.
*Education/Experience Requirements*
· Bachelor Science Civil Engineering/Construction Management.
· 10 years+ construction experience in Project Manager/Superintendent role.
· OSHA 10- and 30-hour certification.
*Duration*
Based on the current project schedule/requirements:
· Estimated duration of supervision is 12 months but is subject to change.
· Timeframe approximately now through fourth quarter 2024.
