Job Summary: Works in conjunction with the Program Managers and Program Teams creates, updates, and tracks project schedules.
Primary Duties/Responsibilities: Creates, updates, and tracks project schedules utilizing MicroSoft Project per customer and internal requirements; Assists with Line of Balance and other metric updates; Updates, tracks, interprets, and reports on project Earned Value Management (EVM) per customer and FES process requirements; Assist with the preparation to schedule and EVM performance; Assist with preparation of Supplier Data Requirements List (SDRL) including those relating to schedule and EVM performance; Assists Program Managers with preparation of program review presentation packages/reports and other customer submittals; Assists with proposal managers by developing MicroSfot Project schedules, Work Breakdown Structures, management/past-experience/technical volume inputs, et.
as required; Assist manufacturing with scheduling and deconflicting competing program priorities for common-use test and assembly equipment such as surface mount assembly line, selective solder, flying probe, DIT-MCO, vibration systems, thermal chambers, thermal vacuum, thermal vibe, etc.
Education: High School Diploma or General Equivalency Diploma (GED) or equivalent experience.
Basic Qualifications: Must be a United States Citizen or Permanent Resident of the United States (no sponsorship).
Background/Credit check is required.
Must pass Drug/Alcohol Test administered in accordance with applicable state and federal laws.
Related Work Experience Required: Demonstrated work experience in MS Project schedule creation, updating, and tracking of complex design/production projects utilizing a standardized Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) project structure; Experience in development of detailed documents to customer specifications while achieving required schedule and quality objections; working knowledge of cost accrual and tracking and reporting requirements; and quality objectives.
Additional Education/Experience/Skills Preferred: Adept with MS Office Suite.
