Quality Group - Engineers, Technologists, Technicians, Scientists
The Quality group at Bri-Steel is responsible for technical sales, supplier assessments, technical procurement support, receiving inspections, first-off inspections, materials testing lab operations (tensile, hardness, impact, chemistry, metallurgy), non-destructive testing (UT, MPI), final inspections, product approval, product documentation, customer support, data analysis, liquids preparations, calibrations, new technology implementation, troubleshooting and R&D.
We work synergistically with the entire Bri-Steel team to ensure premium quality and continual improvement of product and service.
We are looking to assemble a group of technically-competent and hard-working staff that will have the following group competencies.

* Dimensional Measurements, Data Analysis, trending
* Materials Test Lab experience or education (Met, Chem, Mech)
* NDT / Ultrasonics / MPI experience (with or without ASNT certification)
* Proficiencies in Math, Chemistry, Physics, Mechanics, Statistics, Electronics
* Quality Ideas: 5S, 6 Sigma, Lean, Kaizen, Deming, 5 Whys, 12 Human Factors
* Proficiencies in MS Access, MS Excel, MS Word, VBA & SQL Programming
* Proficiencies in 2D CAD, 3D CAD, 3D Printing, PLC, VFD, CNC programming
A total of six (6) Full time / Salary positions are available currently.
Qualifications:
* Post-secondary Degree/Diploma in Science, Engineering, Technology, or equivalent program or work experience
* Excellent communication skills
* Highly organized and attention to detail
* Strong work ethic, punctual and reliable
* Willingness to take initiative, works in a self-directed manner
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $45,000.
