```Duties```
- Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the shop
- Coordinate and schedule work assignments for shop employees
- Ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to safety standards
- Collaborate with project managers to review project plans, blueprints, and specifications
- Provide guidance and support to shop employees, including training and development opportunities
- Maintain inventory of tools, equipment, and supplies
```Experience```
- Minimum of 1 years of experience in a similar role as a Shop Supervisor or Supervisor in the construction industry
- Strong knowledge of construction estimating, contract management, blueprint reading, and construction management
- Familiarity with managing shop operations, including scheduling, inventory management, and quality control
- Ability to read and interpret schematics and technical drawings
- Excellent supervisory skills with the ability to lead a team effectively
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
