Job Summary: This position is within the Digital Team of the Dean’s Office in the Division of Agricultural Sciences and Natural Resources (DASNR) at Oklahoma State University.
The incumbent will work with the Associate Director of Integrated Digital Strategies as well as other stakeholders including faculty, Extension educators and staff members to increase the reach, visibility, and impact of Division programs.
As a member of the Digital Team staff, this person will develop and update department websites in both Omni CMS and SharePoint content management systems, ensure web accessibility standards (WCAG AA) are met, remediate documents to ensure accessibility standards are met, assist in transitioning websites to a new content management system, revise content for the web, and digitally distribute internal communications.

Education & Experience
Position Qualifications:
Required: Bachelor's in Management Information Systems, Communications, Marketing, Multimedia, Business, or related field.
* Experience using web technologies including, but not limited, SharePoint, HTML, content management system use, web design, image editing, editing and content creation.
* Design experience with ability to choose appropriate web content placement, and document remediation experience.
* Familiarity with Photoshop, Adobe Acrobat Pro, Word, Excel and/or Google Docs.
*Valid driver’s license
* Tech-savvy and very computer literate
* Ability to write in a clear and concise manner
* Familiarity with Photoshop, Adobe Acrobat Pro, Word, Excel and/or Google Docs.
* Good interpersonal communication skills.
* Ability to work independently and organize projects and contribute to project team efforts.
* Web content editing and development skills.
Preferred: Master's in Management Information Systems, Communications, marketing, multimedia, or related field.
One to three years of experience developing web sites, remediating documents, writing digital content, and organizational skills is preferred.
