Licensed Insurance Producer

Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain a client base through networking and referrals - Conduct thorough needs analysis to identify the best insurance solutions for clients - Provide excellent customer service by promptly responding to inquiries and resolving issues - Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and changes in insurance policies - Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and meet company objectives - Utilize telemarketing and outside sales techniques to generate leads and close sales - Communicate effectively with clients, explaining insurance options and coverage details - Maintain accurate records of client interactions, transactions, and policies Qualifications: - Proven experience in insurance sales or a related field - Strong knowledge of insurance products, policies, and regulations - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Ability to build rapport with clients and establish long-term relationships - Proficient in sales administration and customer relationship management (CRM) software Note: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
