Inside Sales Associate

The Inside Sales Associate is to answer and field all incoming calls to CSE Bliss Manufacturing.
They will aid customers and provide information in regard to new orders that include machinery and after-market sales.
They will take care of customer invoicing and proactively initiate contact with new and existing customers for part needs.
They will report directly to the Site Leader or such other person as the CEO or parent company management appoints.
The Inside Sales Associate is responsible for: Entering sales orders into system, ensure receipt of order acknowledgements/confirmations and verify price Closely monitor “ship promise dates” to avoid late deliveries Manage and resolve issues regarding Sales Orders to invoice discrepancies, returns and quality problems with customers.
Proactively sell parts to new and existing customers by cold calling and forming/growing relationships Work with service manager to delivery parts/service promptly when a customer is down or having issues Helping maintain MRP system and optimize its use for sales activities Aid in HR related tasks when called upon by management Aid in managing/helping the shipping department as needed Working within other departments as needed to further the interest of the organization Invoice customers in a timely manner to ensure revenue continues to flow rXl6FBxOKY
