Brewer Carpet One Floor and Home, located in Edmond, Enid, Oklahoma City, Stillwater and Yukon, is looking to hire a Sales Associate to join their showroom teams located in Oklahoma.
We will provide the tools and training you need to achieve outstanding success, as long as you have the drive and passion for sales.
You will divide your time between the showroom floor, visiting customers’ homes, prospecting for new clients, and networking within the community.
As our Sales Associate, you will undergo our sales training so you may be a certified flooring expert and able to provide the best customer service to our customers.
Brewer Carpet One Floor and Home is a family-owned flooring showroom that has been in business for over 35 years.
Our showrooms feature premium quality brands our customers know, trust and will accentuate the design decor in a way that will reflect their taste and style.

REQUIREMENTS
Greet showroom customers to determine their wants and needs
Visit customer’s homes or workplace to provide product and design advice
Assist in selling and closing the sale to include measuring and quotes
Keep up-to-date on the wide selection of products
Provide outstanding sales and customer service
Work through and follow up after completion of job
Continue to build and create new client relationships
Prospect for new business
QUALIFICATIONS
Must be able to work retail hours
Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Must pass a background check and a drug test
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Professional, dependable, punctual and responsible
Retail/Design/Flooring experience a plus
RFMS a plus
