Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team.
As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and driving sales growth.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, strategic planning, and business development.
Responsibilities:
- Identify potential clients and develop strategies to attract new business
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies
- Utilize Salesforce or other CRM software to track leads, opportunities, and customer interactions
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations to prospective clients
- Negotiate contracts and close deals with clients
- Monitor market conditions, competitor activities, and industry trends to identify potential risks or opportunities
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project management and successful delivery of products or services
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
- Proven experience in business development or sales roles
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce or other CRM software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build rapport with clients and establish long-term relationships
- Strong negotiation skills
- Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze market trends and develop effective sales strategies
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
