*Summary*
Central Auto is in search for a dynamic, self-motivated automotive sales associate with previous experience in retail sales and skills in customer service.
This candidate will use creativity, presentation, and customer service skills to create a positive sales experience for our customers.
Earning potential for this role ranges between $40,000 to $80,000 annually (hourly + commission).
In 2023 Central Auto was acquired by America's Car-Mart - one of the nation’s largest publicly traded buy here finance here company in America! America’s Car-Mart, Inc has over 150 locations and continues to grow.
*Duties and Responsibilities*
* Greets customers upon sight and assists the customer in the selection of a quality vehicle
* Takes customers on test drives
* Introduces every customer to the General Manager or Assistant Manager
* Inspects automobiles every day and reports problems to the management team
* Explains current promotion to customers
* Completes and explains the Sales quote and application paperwork
* Daily prospecting for sales leads
* Maintains lot merchandising and vehicle presentation materials
