Ensures organizational initiatives and projects are successfully communicated to employees and stakeholders
Ensures internal communication messages are consistent across all mediums and for different departments of the organization.
Ensures internal communication messages are consistent with external communication messages
Plans, edits and writes content for a variety of internal communications mediums, monthly/regular email bulletin/newsletter.
Must also assist with proofreading various marketing content.
(may also be required to work on the layout of content)
Assists with print/digital media/advertising leads, tradeshow leads preparation for distribution through the Sales Team

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Associate's Degree or equivalent work experience in related field (Communications, Journalism, Advertising, etc.
)
COMPUTER / EQUIPMENT SKILLS
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Microsoft Outlook (Word, Excel, Power Point, etc.
), Adobe Softwares (InDesign, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, Illustrator etc.
), Facebook, Linkedin, Instagram Twitter, YouTube and other assisting social media scheduling apps/softwares, basic HTML knowledge for website, and Constant Contact or equivalent e-blast software.
Basic camera skills for photography and videography purposes; basic design skills and knowledge of print and digital material requirements.
LANGUAGE SKILLS
Excellent writing skills, proofreading, proper diction, deadline oriented, organizational skills, time management, and interpersonal communication skills.
REASONING ABILITY
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral or schedule form.
