Inspector/ Salesman

Job Duties
-Traveling daily to prospective clients homes or businesses to assess the need for stabilization or repair
-Drawing a proposal for stabilization or repair, and present the proposal either in person, via phone call, or via email.
-Following up with customers on various issues/ servicing the customer until the job is finished
-Provide tactical support to other departments of the company
-Keep customer records and database current
-Mentor peers and shares best practices with those less experienced as needed
-Provide customers with a remarkable experience
Job Requirements
-Successful experience in sales or related field
-Customer service focused-understands the need, solves problems, and responds in a timely and efficient manner
-Exceptional telephone or interpersonal skills
-Self-motivated and energetic
-Organizational skills-ability to manage time and muli-task
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office computer applications and ability to navigate internal software programs
-Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check
-Ability to work in a competitive environment
-Has a valid Drivers License
-Has a clean driving record
