Our work environment includes: * Modern office setting * Work-from-home days * Growth opportunities * Regular social events * On-the-job training * Casual work attire * Flexible working hours Duties: - Assist clients in buying and selling real estate - Conduct market research to determine property values and competitive prices - Create and maintain property listings on various platforms - Show properties to potential buyers - Negotiate contracts and terms of sale - Coordinate property inspections and appraisals - Guide clients through the process of obtaining financing or mortgages - Provide guidance on real estate laws and regulations - Collaborate with other professionals, such as lawyers, mortgage brokers, and home inspectors, to ensure smooth transactions - Stay updated on local real estate market trends and changes Experience: - Knowing many people in the area is extremely helpful - Strong knowledge of digital marketing is helpful - Excellent communication and negotiation skills - Proficient in using real estate software and online listing platforms after training - Ability to work independently and meet sales targets - Valid real estate license in the state of Oklahoma Note: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
