My husband and I own a home in a quiet Reply only:267 776 44 16 neighborhood and are looking to rent out one of our extra rooms.
The room is partially furnished with a queen size bed frame, mattress, dresser, and TV.
Because you would be sharing a full bathroom with another roommate, we are looking for a FEMALE only please.
We own 2 very sociable dogs and 1 (not-so-sociable cat) and would be ok with the tenent owning a small friendly dog (no cats) or animals in tanks.
Tenant must be a non-smoker and able to keep their area (and shared areas) clean.
No firearms permitted.
You would have access to shared areas of the home including kitchen, living room, washer/dryer, and backyard with lanai and small above-ground pool.
Parking is street parking only.
As for us, my husband and I are both self-proclaimed nerds in our 30s and work teaching tennis and as a vet assistant.
We love watching/going to the movies, going to the theme parks, watching, and spending time with our dogs.
Lastly, we would be asking $450/month for the room (this includes utilities) and a $200 security deposit.
The term would be month to month unless something changed.
Hoping to find someone ASAP but we are flexible on dates.
