Tasks our Merchandisers are required to perform:
Responsible for 1-5 stores depending on # of hours wanted
Assist in merchandising plant shipments
Assist store in floor sets and modular
Train store on proper watering techniques, receiving procedures, and plant information
Ensure plants are watered on a regular basis
Build relationships with all of our customers
Work as a team player
Provide weekly updates and field insight using reporting apps and photos
Work with customers to show them the value in growing their business.
Assist Clients in inventory management
REQUIREMENTS FOR MERCHANDISER:
Ability to work outside, rain or shine.
Basic Plant knowledge
Reliable transportation
Great communication skills
Flexible schedule
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds & push heavy vendor carts-Comfortable with repetitive physical tasks
Great customer service skills, positive attitude, dependability and adaptability.
Must be eligible to work in the U.
S.
Must Own a smartphone
Weekend availability is preferred
COMPENSATION:
$13.
50-$15.
50 per hour based on experience, education, and qualifications; mileage reimbursement of $.
40 per mile and drivetime between stores are available.
