* -Getting daily checklist signed by manager and checking in and out two separate ways will be required per clean *JOB REQUIREMENTS:* - Reliable Transportation & Smart Phone - Ability to attend work regularly and arrive on time - Attention to detail - Responsible, reliable, and open to instruction Experience: - Previous experience in industrial or commercial cleaning preferred - Knowledge of floor care techniques such as buffing and waxing is a plus - Familiarity with custodial duties and facilities maintenance tasks Skills: - Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions - Ability to work independently or as part of a team - Excellent time management skills to ensure tasks are completed efficiently - Good physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift/move heavy objects if required - Knowledge of proper handling and use of cleaning chemicals and equipment Note: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
