Hello! My name is Jessica and I will be moving to the are to start summer school.
Looking for a reasonable room to rent, until I can afford to live on my own.
My plan is no more than a year.
Not a trouble maker and not much of a partier.
Don't smoke cigs.
Very clean and am respectful of other's belongings.
Hoping to stay under $800, per month.
Furnished would be nice, but not a must.
I do have a car and a job lined up.
I also have student loans to assist with living.
