Looking to rent/share apt/house (Long term preferred)

Looking to rent or share a bedroom (Long term preferred).
I am a minimalist, Female, full-time employed professional, neat, considerate, extremely clean, respectful, nonsmoker, no drugs, no alcohol, I don't do overnight parties, no guest and no boyfriend.
I don't want to impinge on your lifestyle or space, I just need a clean, quiet place to sleep some nights that would be convenient for you.
Trying to keep the cost to an absolute minimum, so willing to help out when I am ''free'' with whatever is needed from my roommate/housemate, like cooking cleaning, laundry, pet care, whatever.
Open to discussing any reasonable situation with anyone open minded.
