Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Assistant Property Manager.
The Assistant Property Manager will support the Property Manager in overseeing the day-to-day operations of our properties.
This is a great opportunity for someone with administrative experience and a passion for customer service to contribute to the success of our property management team.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Property Manager in managing all aspects of property operations, including leasing, maintenance, and tenant relations
- Conduct property tours and assist with the leasing process, including application processing, lease preparation, and move-in/move-out procedures
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of tenant information, leases, and financial transactions using property management software.
- Respond to tenant inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner, ensuring excellent customer service at all times
- Assist with the coordination of property maintenance and repairs, including scheduling vendors and contractors as needed
- Assist with the implementation of marketing strategies to attract prospective tenants, including online listings and social media promotion
Skills:
- Strong administrative skills
- Knowledge of property management software such as OneSite is preferred
- Excellent customer relationship management skills with a focus on providing exceptional service to tenants
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
