The Bluepeak Multi-Dwelling Unit Account Manager is responsible to increase penetration and improve the overall customer experience for both property owners, managers, and tenants.
A successful MDU Account Manager will work with property managers and leasing agents in MDU to market communication services and packages to residential customers.
This critical role requires an effective and creative communicator to build relationships with companies and key principals to gain sales access to potential new customers living in these properties.

What You Will Do: Cultivate relationships with builders, developers, property owners, property managers, homeowners’ association, and consultants that can positively impact Bluepeak’s business growth.
Provide quality internal and external customer experience from pre-installation through customer life cycle, including prospecting upgrade opportunities.
Educate customers (B2B and B2C) and provide solutions to meet their needs, host events to build brand awareness and increase penetration in our Connected Properties.
Ensure we always have updated information in a timely manner to keep our sales funnel active and current.
Act as a client advocate and work with internal departments to ensure that the client’s needs are understood and satisfied.
Assist with making sales, handling client complaints, and improving the overall customer experience.
Provide all collateral, promotional items and selling tools to all property management.
Manage the sales process and effectively communicate offers to the leasing agents (i.
e.
, how to pitch our services).
Manage and track key sales metrics.
Position may require up to 40% travel.
What You Will Need: High School Diploma or GED required.
5+ years of relevant outside sales experience and/or an equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.
Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
Ability to organize and lead gatherings for 10+ people in various spaces.
Must be a great communicator, proficient at public speaking.
Ability to work occasional weekend and evening events is required.
Competency in verbal, presentation, and written communication modes for both internal and external personnel at various levels.
Culture carrier who energizes, engages, and leads through continuous change.
Self-starter with the ability to independently plan, organize, and prioritize sales initiatives, projects, and performance objectives with clearly defined metrics.
Strong collaboration with direct sales, peers, and executive leadership to provide key on-the-ground insights and feedback to support the development of regional strategies.
MS Office Suite: Outlook, Powerpoint, Word, Excel, Access, and OneNote.
Salesforce experience preferred.
Prolonged periods of walking and standing.
Regularly required to talk and hear.
Frequently required to sit, stand, walk, bend, reach, push, and pull.
Required to use phone and Ipad.
Required to use close vision and be able to focus.
Required to refrain from personal use of technology during working hours.
Required to lift up to 10lbs at a given time.
Must be able to work in inclement weather.
Must have and maintain a valid driver’s license and have reliable transportation.
