* Putting the patient first.
* Provide gentle, caring treatment for every patient.
* Set up and clean operatories
* Track and continuously improve performance
* Participate in morning huddles.
* Anesthetize patients as needed.
* Give back to the community through service.
* Work with the team on supply and equipment management.
* Take radiographs, periodontal charting, and other diagnostic aids, and present this to the doctor.
* Do post-op calls.
* Find ways to help the team grow in friendship and unity.
* Be honest, and kind, and find ways to help your patients have a *Positive *day!
*Requirements:*
* Must have a Registered Dental Hygienist License
* Must have CPR
* AED certificate is preferred
* Local Anesthesia Certificate is preferred
