Wound Care Nurse Practitioner -Post-Acute Care - SNF - 2 days/week

Korzen Health is looking to add a Wound Care Nurse Practitioner to our wound care program.
This is a 2days/week position (16 hours/week) - flexible with hours/days.
This is a mobile position generally within 45 min of the posted geographic area.
You will be traveling to skilled nursing facilities (SNFs) to provide wound care to patients.
*Scope of Practice Includes:* * You will average around 18-20 patients a day.
* Performing basic wound care (dressing changes, chemical debridement) with some minor procedures.
* This will be a part-time 2 day a week job.
No Nights, No Call, No weekends.
Flexible.
* Compensation Model is salary with RVU after 1 year.
* You will work with Adult and Geriatric patients.
