Wound Care Nurse Practitioner - SNF - 1-2 days per week

Korzen Health is looking to add a Wound Care Nurse Practitioner to our wound care program.
This is a 1-2days/week position (10 hours/week) - flexible with hours/days.
This is a mobile position generally within 45 min of the posted geographic area.
You will be traveling to skilled nursing facilities (SNFs) to provide wound care to patients.
Scope of Practice Includes: You will average around 18-20 patients a day.
Performing basic wound care (dressing changes, chemical debridement) with some minor procedures.
This will be a part-time 1-2 day a week job.
No Nights, No Call, No weekends.
Flexible.
Compensation Model is salary with RVU after 1 year.
You will work with Adult and Geriatric patients.
