What You'll Do
Attend training regarding applicable equipment
Perform additional duties as needed
Maintain work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition
Operate production machines in accordance with established procedures and guidelines
Participate in the CMC Safety Programs and proactively uphold the CMC Safety Culture
Crosstrain on multiple machines
Assist in unloading and loading customers
Assist shipping and receiving by unloading trucks, checking in merchandise, matching purchase orders to sales orders and distributing to sales associates for processing
React with appropriate urgency to situations and events that require a quick response or turnaround
Ensure area is maintained to be clean and maintain a safe working environment
What You'll Need
Must be able and willing to cross train as required
Must practice safe working habits and follow OSHA, EPA, and company safety policies, rules, and regulations
Possess a strong work ethic and practice safe working habits
Able to work overtime as business requires
Must be able to read technical documents and service manuals
Must be able to stand for long periods of time, stretch, bend and use hands and fingers in repetitive motions
Minimum 1 year working with heavy industrial environment experience preferred but not required
Work in varying temperatures and weather conditions
Ability to operate fabrication machines in a safe manner without supervision
Possess knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures in the industrial field
Excellent communication skills, in both written and verbal form are necessary to be successful in this role
Your Education
High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience is required
