Shawn Manor Nursing Home is looking for a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our weekend team as an LPN Charge Nurse!
We are looking for someone to work every other weekend, with occasional 10-6 throughout the week!
*$1,000 SIGN-ON BONUS - $1,000 LONGEVITY BONUS - UNLIMITED $300 REFERRAL BONUSES*
*LPNs earn $30 per hour for Weekend Doubles!!*
*In order to qualify for this wage, you:*
* must not be late for any scheduled shift;
* must not call in for any scheduled shift; and
* must work two (2) consecutive shifts each weekend.
We have competitive pay and PTO in as soon as 6 months of employment, as well as medical, dental, and supplemental insurances.
As an LPN Charge Nurse, you will be held to a higher standard.
You will be responsible for assuring that all CNA and CMA duties have been completed, properly and timely, and that you have completed your duties, including proper documentation.
We are a team-driven facility, so you will be asked to step in and help out, wherever needed, and the rest of your team will be asked to do the same for you!
