Oklahoma State University is seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to fill the role of Director of Ticket Operations.
As the primary ticket manager for football, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the fan experience and maximizing revenue through strategic ticketing operations.
In addition, you will lead a team of Assistant Directors of Ticket Operations responsible for various sports within the university's athletic program.
Due to communication expectations of the position, the incumbent will be required to maintain a cellular or other electronic communication device.
The incumbent's salary includes compensation to apply toward the use of their personal cellular device.
Travel required in performing job: In and out of state to work at Athletics events and Department functions as needed.
Work schedule other than 8:30am to 5:30pm, Monday to Friday: Events are scheduled after 5pm and on weekends.
Special circumstances such as required meetings, travel, ticket/information preparation/distribution may warrant being on duty other than standard work schedule.
Potential for dealing with verbally and physically confrontational individuals.
Noise and dust caused by ticket/form printing, tearing, shredding, etc.
Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
Must be able to stand on feet up to 3 hours.

In depth knowledge of ticketing systems and technologies.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and game days as required.

Master’s degree in a related field
