Supervisor Responsibilities
Assist management with day-to-day restaurant operations
Provide leadership and motivate team members
Meet operational expectations and control costs
Build relationships with guests and handle guest issues
Serve as a model of hospitality
Required Skills and Experience
1 year of experience in a guest-focused business
Natural leadership skills and willingness to learn
Professional appearance and excellent communication
Ability to use a point of sale system
