Develop and facilitate classes, seminars, workshops, and other training programs for the Casino and Bingo employees.
Responsibilities and Duties
Provide orientation to new employees to explain job duties and how to present themselves on the job.
Testing on money skills and accuracy, Rules and regulations followed by the casino in the MICS and TICS which are most important.
Oversee Compliancy Officers on staff to make sure they are teaching new and existing employees quality Guest service skills and how to provide it
Oversee the Compliancy office staff and will be responsible for scheduling, PTO time off, tardy, call ins and will approve all appropriate leave sheets.
Provide or approve all training and testing material for Compliance Officers to use for training and testing on the position held by current employees.
Monitor, understand, assist, train and implement the Mics and Tics so the Casino is in compliance with all gaming rules and regulations with State, Federal, Tribal and National Indian Gaming Commissions.
Oversee the training of Tittle 31 compliance and follow-up at year end that each Casino employee has received training.
Oversee, and regulate W2 –G Jackpot paperwork is being done in a timely manner and is being entered into the database
Responsible for all paperwork and reports being accurate and legible.
Work directly with General Manager to review, analyze, and correct regulatory problems.
Responsible for monitoring the casino for any regulatoy problems.
Respond and correct any problems reported by surveillance or the gaming commission on compliancy problems
Prepare budget number for annual budget.
The point of contact for external and internal audits
Always maintain a professional appearance and demeanor.
Liaison between surveillance, Gaming Commission, and operations.
Must wear your gaming badge at all, times while on duty or conducting company business
Be always courteous and professional to co-workers, customers, vendors, or anyone you may have contact with while on duty.
Any duties that may be assigned by immediate supervisor
