POSITION TITLE: First Assistant District Attorney
LOCATION: District 9, Payne & Logan Counties
STATUS: Full-Time
CLOSING: April 19th 2024
SALARY: Commensurate With Experience and Qualifications
BENEFITS: Full State of Oklahoma benefits, including generous monthly allowance for health coverage, paid sick and vacation leave earned monthly.

POSITION SUMMARY:
Seeking experienced prosecutor with significant experience prosecuting homicides, including 1st degree, crimes against children and complex cases.
Supervisory and administrative experience preferred.
The primary office will be in Stillwater with the secondary office in Guthrie.
Dedication, integrity, and commitment is both expected and valued.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
• Graduation from an accredited law school and admission to practice law in Oklahoma.
• Significant experience prosecuting homicides, including 1st degree, crimes against children and complex cases.
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:
• Supervisory and administrative experience preferred.
