In need of live in caretaker (Enid)

57 ur old gentleman with copd,bad back stacked with arthritis,congestive heart failure, Drop foot and nerve damage.
What I need is someone to cook,clean and occasionally help me.
what I can offer is your own room,meals,place to stay.
I don't have any money to offer or I would.
Prefer female as they are normally better care givers.
