Job Summary:
Job Summary: Share in the professional review of over 4,000 federal financial aid applications relative to State, Federal assistance, as well as local and national scholarships, in terms of determining eligibility for aid programs.
Working predominately with our first time students and their parents.
Duties and Responsibilities: Assist Students, faculty and staff on walk in basis, providing such assistance as application completion, review of academic progress, over award and overpayment resolutions, withdrawal calculations, loan counseling and student eligibility determinations.

Position Qualifications:
Competency/Position Requirements: Excellent communication skills, ability to comprehend technical information and pay attention to details is essential.
Sound knowledge base of federal guidelines as it relates to Title Four awards and the review of need analysis, student eligibility, packaging, verification, and loan processing.
Required Education and/or Experience: BA/BS Degree required, Master's degree preferred.
At least three years of responsible financial aid processing experience.
Consideration will be given if the candidate possesses less than three years experience, but is currently functioning in a similar position.
