Floater/Assistant Teacher

Assistant Teacher Duties: - Assist the lead teacher in implementing age-appropriate lesson plans and activities - Provide care and supervision for children in a safe and nurturing environment - Support children's social, emotional, and cognitive development - Collaborate with the lead teacher to create and maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment - Assist with daily routines such as mealtime, naptime, and toileting - Help maintain cleanliness and organization of the classroom Skills: - Childcare experience, preferably in a daycare or preschool setting - Experience working with children of various ages, including toddlers - Knowledge of childhood development principles and curriculum development - Ability to plan and implement engaging and educational activities for children - Familiarity with behavior management techniques for working with students with autism or other special needs - Strong communication skills to effectively interact with children, parents, and colleagues We are seeking a dedicated Assistant Teacher to join our team.
