*```Overview```* We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Paraprofessional to join our team.
As a Paraprofessional, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals and providing educational assistance.
Your primary responsibility will be to assist in the implementation of individualized education plans and support the overall development and well-being of our students.

- Support students in developing literacy skills through various activities and exercises.
- Provide behavioral support and assist with behavior management strategies.
- Collaborate with teachers and other professionals to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Help students with daily tasks.
- Foster a safe and nurturing environment for all students.
*```Experience```* - Experience in early childhood education, daycare, or toddler care is a plus.
- Knowledge of behavior management techniques and strategies is a plus.
- Familiarity with literacy education and early childhood development principles.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with students and colleagues.
- Ability to adapt to the individual needs of each student.
