Job Summary
Our Remote Account Specialists provide excellent customer service in a remote call center environment.
They handle inbound and outbound calls to assist our customers with applications, information verification, and payment support.
What you’ll do:
· Handle all correspondence with customers using confidence, courtesy, and professionalism to support the department’s vision of a
customer centric call center
· Effectively communicate Terms and Conditions and the value of our product
· Assist customers with filling out application via telephone
· Answer customer questions regarding applications and customer accounts
· Verify accuracy of all information provided on online application
· Take payments via telephone and provide payment assistance options when available
· Submit applications and relay results to the customer
· Understand the need to escalate customer calls when appropriate
· Maintain database on new and existing customers
· Meet quality and productivity goals
· Other duties as assigned

Remote work requirements:
· Reside in Oklahoma, Kansas, or Missouri
· Internet service with a wired connection to router, minimum download speed of 10Mbps (satellite based ISP's are not compatible)
· Work afternoons, evenings, and weekends as scheduled
· Quiet, office-like workspace, free of distraction
Other requirements:
· High School Diploma or GED
· 1 to 3 months related experience and/or training
