Business is booming at Family Martial Arts and we're looking for a part-time professional receptionist to help with parents and students in our evening children's martial art program.
Think of a concierge in a hotel.
This person is to greet students and parents as they come in the door, give first-day people the correct forms to fill out and make them feel comfortable, answer questions about the program, enroll new students who have completed their trial course and want to enroll to continue classes, answer the phone, take pictures of the classes for our Facebook and Instagram pages, take orders for uniforms and equipment, answer parent questions, keep the surroundings clean, and be outgoing and friendly to all!
This person is the friendly face of our program in the evenings - making our members feel like they're coming to a place where we know their name, and are happy to see them! Plus helping us with customer care items such as mentioned above, as well as tracking attendance, tracking and handing out orders, cleaning the lobby, office, and two small bathrooms before leaving, and filling in a report/checklist of each evening's activities.
We have a super high-energy, fast-paced, and fun environment!
The hours are 2:30pm - 7:30pm M- F, and other special events which happen on occasion on Saturdays.
