We are hiring an CSR, Standard Accounts and would love for you to bring your
experience to our team! Starting salary commensurate with applicable experience.
Qualifications
The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and ability
required.
» D emonstrated knowledge of insurance, practice and procedures of an insurance
agency, as normally acquired through undergraduate studies or certification in
courses such as IIA/CPCU or 3-5 years of related business experience.
» Active appropriate state insurance producer’s license for property and casualty
insurance.
» Ability to operate primary office machines, including the ability to use a PC with
MS Office software.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
» S upport assigned producing agent by facilitating the flow of information during
the renewal process and ensuring certificates, policies and endorsements are
issued correctly.
» Review and prepare insurance proposals following Agency Excellence
guidelines and maintain a workflow log to ensure correct information is received
within established guidelines.
» P romote cooperative working relationships by providing prompt, accurate and
courteous service to clients and company personnel in a professional and
positive manner.
