Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate person or department
- Provide information to callers and visitors regarding company products, services, and policies
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for multiple staff members
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
Requirements:
- Fluent in English to effectively communicate with a diverse range of clients
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities
- Basic math skills for cash handling and processing transactions accurately
- Excellent time management skills to ensure efficient workflow at the front desk
- Experience in sales is a must
