*Summary* Provide support for ODCTE and OMES personnel for any CTIMS requirements and production support.
This project is to support, maintenance, refinements, and upgrade to new version of the Microsoft technologies of the current CareerTech Information Management System (CTIMS & SIS).
The physical work location of this position is in Stillwater, Oklahoma.
This is not a remote position.
*What You Will Be Doing* * Provide support for ODCTE and OMES personnel for any CTIMS requirements and production support.
This project is to support, maintenance, refinements, and upgrade to new version of the Microsoft technologies of the current CareerTech Information Management System (CTIMS & SIS).

* Researches, designs, implements, and manages software programs * Create, develop, Tests, and evaluates a solution prototype for new programs * Identifies areas for modification in existing programs and subsequently develops modifications * Design, develop, and unit test applications in accordance with established standards * Assist the collection and documentation of user's requirements, development of user stories, and estimates * Prepare reports and other documentation on the status, operation, and maintenance of software * Writes and implements efficient code * Determines operational practicality * Develops quality assurance procedures * Maintains and upgrades existing systems * Works closely with other project team members * Create, Develop and Support Database Related tasks (DBA) * Production Support and Maintenance * Create and develop a solution prototype * Manage and support project management (manage tasks in sprints cycles) * Follow and manage OMES guidelines (Azure DevOps) * Manage and Monitor CTIMS and SIS using OMES recommended tools * Azure migration of existing Applications.
*Experience and Skills:* * Minimum of 6+ years of scrum environment with professional work experience as a software engineer.
* Minimum of 6+ years of experience with C#, .

Net Core * Experience in C#, OOPS concepts, design pattern, .
NET Web API, Entity Framework, jQuery, JavaScript, AJAX, SQL Server, Angular 9+.
Preferred Experience of Telerik or Infragistics controls.

* Unit testing, integration testing, and performance testing.
* Familiarity with Git or other source control systems.
* Familiarity with CI/CD practices.
* High availability architecture of web services and databases.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
*Minimum Education:* Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Science, or a related field, or combined experience/education as a substitute for minimum education.
