Hutch's is looking for someone passionate about serving high-quality, made fresh daily menu items to our customers! Food Service Manager Responsibilities Include: Recruit, Train & Develop staff to ensure we are offering the highest quality menu items Schedule food service staff in line with customer demand Hold One on One coaching sessions with each staff member at least quarterly Able to direct the work of other employees and lead by example Ensure that each Guest receives outstanding service Keeps current on competitors offerings Actively promotes new items and specials; Makes suggestions based on local needs or customer requests Orders deli products and performs audits to maintain appropriate inventory levels Able to analyze and understand made & waste sheets, build-to's for hot and cold boxes Knows food safety; Maintain health and sanitation standards for self and employees Knows operation and cleaning of all fixtures and equipment within deli Continually work to increase deli sales and provide suggestions for improvement Food Service Manager Benefits Great Pay Weekly Paychecks Medical, Dental & Life Insurance Matching 401K Retirement Up to 4 weeks Paid Time Off Food and Fuel Discounts Serv Safe Certification or other food handling certification is a plus!
