Looking for someone to sublet my 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment ASAP near Walmart on 6th for December and January.
You could move in November 20th and November is already paid for.
My deposit would also stay on the lease so no new deposit is needed.
All you need is December’s rent to move in.
The rent is $1250 per month plus fees for water and garbage.
The heat|electric is through city of stillwater.
The apartment has granite countertops, washer and dryer in unit.
This is a bottom level so no stairs.
I waited 3 months to get a bottom level.
I have excellent neighbors and live about 50 yards from the dog park.
There is also a community pool, clubhouse, workout room, basketball court, and sand volleyball.
You can renew for 4 months up to 12 months after January 31st.
