Me and my current roommate are looking for 1 individual (takeover the whole unit) or 2 individuals (each bedroom) to takeover the lease of a 2 bed, 2.
5 bath townhouse located at Cottage Row in Stillwater Oklahoma.
It is a beautiful home located in a gaited community that offers a pool/hot tub, gym, tanning beds, study lounge, sand volleyball court, parking spots right at the house, trash disposal, furniture (for $20 month which is completely optional), dog/cat friendly (recommend ESA animals!).
We sadly will be unable to live here after financial hardships that took place in January but need to find someone to take over the lease.
We will pay the $500 lease takeover fee for you as well!
