Provide administrative assistance to the Director of Graduate Studies, the Director of Undergraduate Studies and the Director of the Mathematics Learning Success Center.
Retain and maintain electronic files of all undergraduate math majors, all graduate students, and student employees and users of the Mathematics Learning Success Center.
Access information on the university's information systems and transfer that information to internal spreadsheets for data evaluation of programs and scholarship planning.
Use software to maintain department webpages and social media accounts.
Plan orientations and assist with infrequent departmental events.
Excellent oral/written communication skills.
Must be capable of interacting with individuals in a patient, professional manner.
Diplomatic communication skills.
Sensitivity to cultural issues and differences.
Accuracy and attention to detail.
Microsoft Office Experience.

High School/GED and clerical/customer service experience.
FERPA training within first month of hire.
Completion of Ambassador program within 2 years.

Ability to organize and coordinate numerous projects simultaneously, pay attention to details, maintain documentation, etc.
Ability to maintain departmental web pages with appropriate technical guidance.
Ability to organize occasional public functions.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Business or Administration field and four years of clerical/customer service experience.
