Job Summary:
Provide administrative support for Financial Information Management/University Imaging/Merchant Services.
Administrative support responsibilities include processing finance transactions, managing purchasing card records, providing travel assistance and reimbursements, assist with merchant related financial information, maintaining appointments and department calendar, maintaining filing system, maintaining office functions, and other duties as required.
Responsible for Human Resource functions within the department such as position descriptions and job listings.
Information flow responsibilities include assisting with data files for Banner Finance and assisting other departments with information requests as needed.
Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Excel required.

Position Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications:
High School/GED and five years of related experience including accounting/business/MIS experience.
Post-secondary education may substitute for years of required experience.
Extensive Microsoft Excel skills required.
Preferred Qualifications:
Vocational/technical training and five years of related experience including accounting/business/MIS experience.
