Northwest Center for Behavioral Health (NCBH) is currently accepting resumes for a Behavioral Health Professional Coordinator for our Enid Outpatient Satellite! The BHP Coordinator plans, organizes, directs and administers the services of DMHSAS for our Enid outpatient facility.
The ideal candidate will provide supervision and leadership to the Outpatient staff.
In addition to providing oversight, position may be required to provide assessments and work collaboratively with a treatment team to ensure consumers get proper care.
Participates in on call rotations within the facility to ensure continuity of care to individuals in services.
Must have the ability to make a variety of administrative and clinical decisions and the ability to establish and maintain professional working relationships!
Job Type/ Salary:

Full Time Base Salary: $78,000
Salary range is based on experience, tenure and certification
Preference may be given to individuals who are licensed
5% Longevity incentive on anniversary date at 1 and 3 years working with ODMHSAS
Full compensation range up to $105,092 includes base salary, retirement and state paid benefit allowance to help pay for your benefit elections! (based on the number of covered dependents and 5% longevity incentive)

Education and Experience:
Completion of curriculum requirements for a master’s degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or closely related field; and
Must be actively and regularly receiving board approved supervision, and extended supervision by a fully licensed clinician if board’s supervision requirement is met but the individual is not yet licensed, to become licensed by one of the following licensure boards: Psychology, Social Work (clinical specialty only); Professional Counselor; Marriage and Family Therapist; Behavioral Practitioner; or Alcohol and Drug Counselor.
Or Must be a practitioner with a license to practice in the state issued by one of the following licensure boards: Psychology, Social Work (clinical specialty only); Professional Counselor; Marriage and Family Therapist; Behavioral Practitioner; or Alcohol and Drug Counselor.

Applicant must be able to pass an OSBI background.
Must possess a US driver’s license to perform job related travel if necessary.
