Processes paperwork, creates and maintains consumer accounts, monitors various reports for accuracy and performs multiple administrative duties to assist with the Department of Human Services contractual guidelines.
Facilitates and assists program staff, program managers, program directors and the Vice President of Child Welfare Operations in all administrative and supportive duties needed for daily operations.
Maintains a surplus of supplies for program staff, such as packets, releases of information (ROI), special funding and Region specific forms, needed to serve the families in the Oklahoma Children’s Service (OCS) program.
Monitors all incoming OCS referrals regarding spreadsheets, assignment and data entry for documentation needed to maintain reports, EKIDS and/or Avatar (by end of day).
Distributes referrals, Avatar numbers and maintains data for the Monthly Service Utilization Report (MSUR).
Maintains information of various logs, reports and statistic-gathering projects for Administrative Supervisor, Program Managers, Program Directors and the Vice President of Child Welfare Operations, for entry and accuracy.
Coordinates and assists with planning of meetings, reserves rooms and contacts participants.
Interacts with all community partners and staff professionally and respectfully; providing assistance, as needed.
Maintains knowledge of policies, procedures and processes including emergency procedures.
Serves as a part of the CARE Team for specified offices to include completing facility monitoring checks and safety drills to ensure staff physical safety.
Performs other related duties as required and/or assigned by the Administrative Supervisor, Program Manager, Program Director or VP of Child Welfare Operations.

Position requires high school degree or equivalent.
Must possess intermediate data entry skills.
Must display proficiency in the MS Word processing software and intermediate general computer skills.
Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work cooperatively with various types and levels of staff and outside agencies or individuals are required.
Must have and/or complete Core Level Co-Occurring Training and Trauma Informed Training via NetSmart University within 60 days of employment with NorthCare.
Must be able to bend, stoop, climb stairs and move about freely.
Must have upward and downward mobility for filing, finger dexterity to operate office equipment.
Must be able to sit for extended periods of time and have excellent speech and hearing to communicate either in person or by telephone.
Must have multi-tasking abilities and organized due to frequent interruptions.
Must maintain 99% good attendance as a condition of employment.
Must have current (within past year) TB test; or obtain within 30 days of employment with North Care.
Must be able to communicate clearly and effectively using the English language.
